Exchange and refund policy
Don't worry if something doesn't fit or it's not suitable because you can return the goods for an exchange. You have 14 days from the despatch date to return goods to us. We cannot refund simply because something is unsuitable.
Please return the jewellery to us in the original condition and in its original packaging. Please be very careful not to scratch or drop any jewellery while you are trying it on.
Please note:
You are responsible for returning the item to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item Signed For but it is your choice...
You are responsible for the return postage charge.
Refunds:
Although we thoroughly check all of our jewellery before it leaves us, we are only human and sometimes a faulty item can slip through the net - In this instance we will offer you a replacement or refund.
We do not credit back the return postage cost.
Exchanges:
For an exchange of product we will charge you £3.95 p+p since we have to create a new order for you. If your new choice is less expensive we will refund the difference. If it is more expensive, please include a cheque for the difference.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel within seven days of the date your order was placed, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment returned within 24 hours of cancellation.
