If you require any help with placing your order online, please telephone us on 01825 790817 (Mon-Sat 10-5pm, Sun 11-4pm). Our friendly staff will always be happy to help. We can help you design a perfect gift, organize special gift-wrapping etc

Orders placed Mon-Fri are dispatched the next day providing item is listed as in stock. Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped first thing Tuesday. We will try of course to ship sooner if possible - if you need a parcel shipped urgently, give us a call and we will do all we can to help.

We do not process or store any of your financial information on our site. At the point of payment you will be directed to our secure, online financial intermediary, RBS Worldpay.
